Thassos Property-Services was formed in 2003. It is a collaborative
relationship between several construction professionals. The
membership includes architects, builders, structural engineers
and trades people. All members are certified professionals in
Greece.
With Greece now in the E. U., the island of Thassos is quickly
becoming the preferred place to have a holiday or retirement
home. If you have dreamed of building or buying a home on Thassos,
but were concerned about finding the right spot, negotiating
a fair price, and maneuvering through the many other potential
landmine's of foreign home construction or ownership—concerns
which are all the more challenging to deal with when you’re
not present—then we can help you. Don’t learn the

Our company, Thassos Property-Services, provides project management
services for clients who cannot reside in Greece during the
construction of their new home or renovation of an older, or
traditional home. But we also offer land for sale, design, and
services to those who want to build or renovate a home on the
Island of Thassos. We have a few select newer houses and older
homes and renovation properties for sale. In addition we offer
management services for your completed holiday home or retirement
home while you are residing or traveling elsewhere. In short, we can full fill all your realestate needs. |
