A very nice piece of land in Thimonia, with a wonderful view and easy access to the beach which is a walking distance. It is 7.200 sq. met and is touching the main road. It has many olive trees but they have been unattended for some time. In a very good place, the terrain is rather stony, but the stones could be used as building material. One can build a house of 265 sq. met. or an hotel of 1.440 sq. met.
