This project under construction is in a very convinient spot in Limenas or Thassos the capital of the island.Constructed with re-enforced concrete, this beautiful building consists of eleven separated houses and two shops. The space of each house varies from 60m2 with one bedroom up to 150m2 with three bedrooms and they can accommodate every need of the owners. The shops are fairly large making them ideal for a bakery or a gift shop. There is also a great space of grass and trees surrounding the building, but the view from the balconies is breathtaking. Living here is like living in the countryside but still being close to the town center and the port of Limenas.
