A plot of land 3.326 sq. met. inside the village plan of Potamia. The old olive press of the village was on this piece of land, but that is almost destroyed. It touches the main road of Potamia and Limenas to Skala Potamia. It is in a very good spot but after they constructed the road the land remained under the level of the road and in order to bring it to that level one has to transfer a lot of lorries full of soil, or one has to use the difference of the height to make an extra floor. One may split the land into smaller pieces in order to increase the building possibility of the land.
